About My wife and I have semi-retired. We have a winter home in Florida, and would like to spend more time there. We have a beautiful townhouse condo in downtown Northampton MA, close to five or more well-known colleges. We feel that while we are away for the winter, our home could be an excellent temporary home to another family.
