My house is a very fascinating ancient but newly restored independent house in the centre of Venice Beach , two minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches of Italy
,five minutes of vaporetto to arrive to Biennal of Contemporary Art and ten minutes of vaporetto to arrive the St Mark Square centre of Venice .
There is a nice and very quiet garden with a covered well furnished place where to eat outside or read .
The house is a duplex ,has two bedrooms upstairs (one double bed ,one single bed)
A comfortable dining and sitting room at ground floor , a very modern bathroom with a gorgeous shower ,air conditioned ,TV ,Internet.
Outside the magic atmosphere of liberty villas and the unique skyline of Venice!

About I am a medical doctor ,retired since two years , a 60 years old lady,I am married and my husband is an engineer still working.I have two daughters ,one married with a child ,another 27 years old has a temporary job in Paris till may and now I would like to spend dome month with her.I live half of my time in Ferrara and half in Venice where I have all my family and a second charming house near the beach ,10 minutes by vaporetto from S.Marco place.I care very much the house and I am a reliable person .I like art ,museum and I love Paris very much

We loved our one week stay at Malvinas appartment! The appt is even more comfortable than pictured: beautifully furnished with all modern amenities, including a lovely little garden area. Venice Lido offers a quiet respite from Venice, and the appt is just a short walk to the ferry. Malvina was lovely to deal with and the food which she left for us was an added extra. Enjoy your stay!
