This is a truly delightful, cosy duplex attic in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Opera lovers could recognize it as the setting for the first scene of Puccini's La bohème, but when I stayed there it was not cold - a very romantic building in which to pass a very pleasant stay. Although there are many tourists in the narrow mediaeval streets during the day and early evening, it is peaceful at night. The charming couple, who own this place, were accommodating, friendly and most helpful in every way. One could not ask for nicer or more honest hosts. I can thoroughly recommend this sabbatical home.
