The apartment is a light-filled one-bedroom on the top (third) floor of an older building, with a garden courtyard entrance, a south-facing deck with views, a kitchen with windows on both east and west walls, living room with (non-working) fireplace and a 6-foot work/dining table, a bedroom with double bed and large closet, and a nice bath. Furnishings are simple, floors are Douglas fir, good light, lots of books, high-speed internet.
The apartment building is right at Carl and Cole, on the N-Judah line that goes to Ocean Beach and to the Financial District. Laundromat is across the street. Apartment does not have designated parking, and the refrigerator is a very small one.
The place is appropriate for a single person or couple. Apartment will be available on September 1, for four or five months. Three-month minimum. Exact dates are flexible. Utilities are included. Small dog is ok.
