A shared backyard arbor and coin-op laundry provide r&r and laundry needs.

Other wonderful conveniences - walk to campus, BART to San Francisco, explore the weekly Berkeley Farmers' markets, sample culture at the Berkeley Rep/Aurora Theater & cool jazz at the Jazz School. Folk/bluegrass & eclectic other at the newly opened Freight & Salvage.
Rate per night is $175 for daily rate. Minimum stay is 3 nights @ daily rate. Please contact Owner for discounted weekly rate and cleaning fees. I can't rave enough about this studio or about Bhuma, the owner/manager. All was as pictured and even better. This studio besides being safe, secure, clean and fully equipped also has nice little artsy touches that gives it that welcoming feel. My husband and I had a wonderful stay there this past October. The studio is within walking distance to UC Berkeley, Bart, farmers market, Trader Joe's, Shattuck Ave. restaurants, movie theaters and shopping. Perfect for a single traveler or a couple. The studio has a French door that opens onto a wonderful deck that looks out on Bhuma's marvelous garden, which is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the warmth of the day. If your looking for more space this home has 2 other larger units just ask Bhuma for the details. Bhuma is wonderfully kind and helpful and knows Berkeley and the SF area extremely well, feel free to ask for advice, if she can help she will. We know that we could not of found a better place and hope to return for a month or maybe 2 sometime next year.
