Appartment (65 m2) in Tours with a terrace (30 m2) with a direct view on the Loire River (UNECO) in the very center of Loire Valley (Tours), near Amboise, Chenonceau, Villandry, Chambord.
Our appartement is free all the year for 750 euros per week all included 140 euros per day.
This is a charming 2-bedrooms apartment located in the heart of Loire Valley in the triad of Amboise, Chenonceau, Villandry. The exact address of the appartement is 7 place anatole france 37000 Tours (see on google earth). The lively Loire River with its beautiful landscapes and Loire à Vélo is just here. The historical part of the city "Vieux Tours with Place Plumereau "is just around the corner (5 minutes walk). This is a very charming location with cafés, restaurants, traditional bakeries and groceries. This is in the area of university and the Institut de Touraine(respectively 2 and 5 minutes walk).

The area is very safe. The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevetor so you don't have problems with your lugages. There is a public parking just in front of the appartement.
The entrance is spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with amenities including traditional oven, microwave oven, induction plates, coffee machine, toaster, family size fridge & freezer. Sufficient utensils and dishes are provided.

The floors of the living room and the 2 bedrooms are made of "jong de mer". The living-room has a dinner area and one sofa that can be converted into a double bed. All modern amenities are present including colour TV with international channels, i-pod Hi-Fi system and a wi-fi Internet connection.

The master bedroom has a comfortable bed (140x190). It is very quiet as it goes directly to the terrace with the direct view on the Loire River. The second bedroom has two beds (each 90x190) .

The bathroom has a shower. In 2008, renovation of the bathroom with white marble from Iran so it's very nice and confortable. Sufficient towels and linen are provided.

There is a separate toilet in the appartment. There is also a convenient washing machine, an iron and ironing-table. If you have a baby, there is a place in the building to put away your pushchair. A baby-bed and baby sit is also provided.

It's easy to come from both Roissy airport with a TGV direct from the airport to Tours.
From Paris, it's just 55 minutes by TGV.

Part of "La Loire à Vélo" goes through the heart of the Loire Valley (280 km), listed as World Heritage by UNESCO, between Sully-sur-Loire (Loiret) and Chalonnes-sur-Loire (Anjou), in the domain of cultural landscapes.

Historic towns and villages in which the local "tuffeau" stone dominates, châteaux overlooking the river, gardens and vineyards, landscapes and light effects: all these things will delight you. Gulls, sterns, beavers and salmon will accompany you along your way.
