Cozy home on quiet and very friendly street with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, loads of paintings on the walls, a piano and a charming garden. A ten minute walk to High Park, 5 mins to Bloor subway line, 2 mins to 3 streetcar lines. Everything you need is in walking distance (supermarket, bakery, fresh food, movie theater, restaurants, cafes, etc. We keep the price very reasonable as we want a good fit and have had 2 very good experiences through sabbatical homes.
