Paris 14th Arrondissment
FOR RENT IN PARIS (14TH ARRONDISSMENT) Our apt is available for 1 August 2014 to 30 June 2015.
Our apt rents far in advance and is now renting from 1 Aug 2014 to 30 June 2015. Here is a recent tenant's description: "This gem of an apartment offers a truly Parisian existence. The Hausmann era 19th century building has beautiful details such as molded door frames and 9 foot ceilings, metal shutters opening onto wrought iron balconies. It is clean and well maintained.
Perfect for a couple alone or with one or two children, the living room separates both bedrooms each with a French window and balcony. The light filled kitchen is large and modern by Paris standards. It’s in a great neighborhood for families, markets, shops and schools and is not far from Parc Montsourri. Away from tourists yet all the wonders of Paris are easily accessible by bus, metro, tram or on foot.
Our sabbatical year in Paris was wonderful, thanks to this apartment and to the attentive, ever-gracious landlord, Sean."

Saibon bakery and pastry shop a half block up but there's an even better small bakery round the corner on Daudet. The apt is unsuited to tourism, but ideal for families living and working in Paris: strong lycees and colleges, small restaurants, clinics, 2 pharmacies, la poste, two multiplex cinemas a block up, hair salons, fashionable clothing, cheese and wine shops. MORE FROM PREVIOUS TENANTS:
"We had a wonderful time at the apartment while on sabbatical leave last
year [2009]. The apartment is bright and sunny (plus those balconies are fun) and
in a great neighborhood. We've rented in Paris several times before and
were pleasantly surprised at how large and workable the kitchen is. Parc
Montsouris and the Cité Universitaire are a short walk away and we became
regulars at the Daudet café just around the corner. Getting around the city
was really easy too with the Metro and tramway so close. We were very happy
with Sean as our landlord. He's honest, attentive and great to work with."

"I wanted to say thanks again for everything. We had a terrific time, and your apartment was the perfect spot from which to venture forth. Lovely space in a lovely neighborhood."

"Thanks again; it was a true treat to have such a comfortable set
up in Paris. We have had a lovely time in your apartment - I especially enjoyed the crown moldings and the washing machine; the kids were thrilled with the bunk beds and the high speed internet connection. It turned out that several of my colleagues from UNESCO live within a few blocks."
We are eager to have you speak to our current and past tenants who can also help with school who can also help with school enrollments.
