Me and a friend rented the apartment from aparishomes.com for 7 months (September '12 - April '13) and we had an excellent time, also because of the care of Elisa and her 'team'. When we arrived at the apartment, Johnny was already waiting for us and he showed us around. When we lived there for a week, we discovered that the apartment was not as cleaned as it seemed to be at the arrival (under the bed, closets, little corners in the bathroom/kitchen etc.), but it was not extreme.
We did not have big problems during our stay and when we had some Elisa made sure that is was solved as soon as possible. For example, the microwave wasn't working from day 1, so we reported it at Elisa. She arranged a new microwave and a few days later we could pick it up at a shop near to the apartment. Sometimes we had little miscommunications over the email, but since Elisa was very flexible, it always let to a fine solution and she tried to fulfill our wishes as much as possible. Also was Elisa and the owners of the apartment a great help at some administrative tasks, like the CAF, and at giving some more information about Paris and all the things we needed.
As said, we had a great 7 months in which we did not have any big trouble, so contact with Elisa and the owners was not necessary that much, but when we had contact, we felt they were really willing to help us and give us a unforgettable time in Paris.

Elisa was very helpful throughout the process of securing, living in, and vacating the flat, and the flat itself was exactly as described: clean, spacious, well situated in Montmartre. I will definitely rent from Elisa and aparishomes.com again in the future.

Elisa is a very well organized person, always available to solve problems. The apartment I stayed in (Boulevard Voltaire) is relatively small but very conveniently located, quiet and luminous. I spent 5 months there and had a great stay.

Elisabeth is a very nice woman, and was an excellent landlady. She was quick to reply to emails, always friendly, and very organized. The apartment we rented from her (on Blvd Voltaire) was as advertised. We had a nice four months there.

Elisa Ban is a very trustworthy person. I stayed in her apartment on rue de Championnet last summer for 2 months. She always proved herself to be honest, flexible, helpful and extremely pleasant. I would very much recommend working with her to find an apartment in Paris, if at all possible.
