I have unexpectedly received a closing date of July 27th on my home in New York and am looking for a house to rent in Newark for 6 to 12 months to learn the area before purchasing a home. Nonsmoker and do not have pets.

In an area that has seen a decrease in house sales of over 20% in the past year, I accepted an offer on my house in only 12 days. Both your home and your yard would be taken care of very conscientiously.
