We stayed in Omar and Rachel's flat in London during the Olympics and could not have had a better experience. Their apartment is great--modern, well-appointed, safe, great location and condo building. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and easy stay during a very busy time in London! Throughout the process, Omar was incredibly responsive and thorough, ensuring we were well taken care of. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free stay!

My family and I stayed in Omar's London apartment during the winter of 2011/12. We exchanged phone numbers via email, and were able to speak to each other before committing - it was the first time home renting for both parties. We found the apartment to be clean, warm and comfortable - it was everything we could have wished for - we even had a private parking space. Omar himself was a welcoming and conscientious host, specially preparing a very detailed and useful folder, complete with WiFi password and even delivery menus to select restaurants in the area. Further questions we had once we were there were promptly responded to by email. If I had one criticism, it would only be that the apartment was so elegant and well-kempt that we were hesitant to use any of the cookware (looked expensive, too!) and weren't able to make as many meals at home as we would have wished. This was probably my own failing, but I would suggest to future tenants to perhaps ask which pots and pans may be safely be used. Finally, I did cause two minor bits of damage (chipped a plate, dropped a coaster) which I immediately pointed out and attempted to rectify, but was very surprised and heartened to find our security deposit returned in full, and promptly. In all, a wonderful first experience home renting!
