Access to Edinburgh is 30 minutes drive by car, or 35 minutes by trains which run every 30-60 minutes. Access to University of Edinburgh and associated buildings is straightforward from Edinburgh Station, or direct by car. Excellent local primary and secondary school within walking distance.
