The cottage was built in 1929 and has been furnished in a traditional style to suit it's age.

It has two open thatched double bedrooms and sleeps two persons per room.
There are two bathrooms downstairs and a guest bathroom upstairs.
A view of the the mountain can be seen from the upstairs bedrooms.

The property is secure on all its boundaries.
Outside lights, come on automatically at night.
It has indoor and outdoor parking for your car/s.

Although Pinelands is only a 15 to 18 minute drive from the City Centre and Victoria Alfred Waterfront, this suburb has all the trimmings of a small town community lifestyle.
Your neighbours are a mixture of newlyweds, young families and older residents.
The suburb is established and has all the conveniences of shops, malls, schools etc. on your doorstep.

The suburb of Pinelands easily connects you to the main highways, which makes travelling to our winelands and other tourist destinations, favored by visitors, easy to reach.

Acute Cottage is an owned by us.
It is serviced one a week.
