We are an academic couple. We are offering a TEMPORARY RENTAL of our cozy and wonderfully maintained row-house in one of the best neighborhoods of Philadelphia: Chestnut Hill. There are 3 BR, 2 full Bathrooms and a small office. One BR is fully equipped for two kids (a baby crib and a four yr old). We would leave everything for you to feel home: books, piano, toys, wireless internet, TV... everything!
The location is exceptional: close to the R7 Septa train line will bring you to near all universities around Philadelphia. The house is walking distance from parks, shops, and restaurants of the charming Chestnut Hill. The supermarket is less then a block away.
We would like to rent our house to an academic couple/individual.
