TRANSPORT: Zone 2 for London Transport. 6-8 minute walk to two Northern Line Underground stations: Tufnell Park & Archway (High Barnet Branch). Digital TV & Radio. Small bedroom with excellent 5' bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, window. Good lighting & storage. Small sink in bedroom.

Kitchen: gas stove/cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, all cooking equipment, storage units. Two windows. No room for a dishwasher.
Bathroom: Stall shower, WC & basin unit.
Sole use of washing machine & dryer.

Suit quiet, clean academic/s/short-term rentals. Single/couple. Non-smoker. WiFi Internet included. Secure & safe. Utilities included in rent. Cleaner arranged for extra payment. The flat is centrally heated. Sorry: No garden.

References & one month's rent required.

Beatiful apartment located in a quiet and pleasant area. It is perfectly linked to the main transport network; you can reach central London in 20 minutes. Main shops and supermarkets are close as well. And the parks nearby...absolutely indescriptible. You can calm down a stressful day over there.

If you are the ones that feel cold, don't worry, it is warm inside in winter.

We really enjoyed our stay there. If we have to go back to London, we hope it is free.

I enjoyed my 14–week stay at this one-bedroom apartment in London NW5. The neighborhood is pleasant, with many parks in walking distance and easy shopping destinations. Tube access (Archway and Tufnell Park) is within a few blocks and there are four major bus lines close by, two of them nearly at the door. The apartment is clean and comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, there are plenty of bookshelves and a trundle day bed for visitors, and the wifi is robust. Most importantly, the owners of this attractive late–Victorian row house are good landlords, welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. LEB Excellent LEB 7/6/2010 2:07:00 PM
7/12/12 nc took down because listing removed 40309 blongeed to the son of Abby - she asked that I take it down * The apartment I rented for 4 1/2 months from Abby Cronin is spacious and filled with light and it is beautifully situated in High Gate near parks and the the village center. It features comfortable furniture in a very attractive setting, good-sized rooms and plentiful desk space, new appliances, views outdoors. Only 20 minutes on the tube to King's Cross. As an added attraction the owners are extremely helpful and accommodating. My choice of apartments available proved to be more than I had hoped for during a long stay.
