Beautiful Victorian Home Near Penn/Drexel Campuses

Our house is a large (about 3,000 sq ft) Victorian twin in a great West Philadelphia location. Furnished, it has all appliances, ceiling fans, a front porch, a backyard, and large, dry basement. The house is close to public transportation, Penn campus, CHoP, Drexel, farm market and CSA drop-off, a park/playground, and 5 different cars through Philly Car Share (non-profit Zip car), restaurants, coffee houses and retail. Parking is easy on the street. It's in the catchment area for the excellent Sadie Alexander public school and close to several very good preschools/day care facilities. It has an alarm system. Water is included. Very nice neighbors, very respectful and responsive landlords.
