Our home, next to a small river on a quiet lane, is 15 miles north of Santa Fe on 1.5 acres. 2,500 sq. ft. with two mature, indoor terriers to care for. Comfortable and private with satellite tv and DSL internet, it's a quiet retreat with cultural and outdoor activities nearby. Because of the required responsibilities, we don't ask for rent but do require a $300 damage deposit.
