This 1-bedroom condo is in the heart of San Diego's safe and people-friendly Hillcrest neighborhood. Available for monthly rentals only, it is walkable to restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and several supermarkets, as well as to Balboa Park including the World-Famous San Diego Zoo. Full of morning light, it has a beautiful view of the mountains to the east.
The condo is fully-furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. Laundry is located in the unit, and all utilities are included including HDTV cable service, high-speed internet and wifi.
The condo is centrally located, just a five-minute drive from downtown San Diego, the Convention Center, Petco Ballpark and the charming Gaslamp Quarter. It's a ten minute drive from the airport, and fifteen minutes from the beach and SeaWorld. It's also one block from four major bus lines, giving access to all parts of the city. The condo is 1.5 miles from UCSD Hillcrest Medical Center, just a short bike ride or drive. Bus service is available with no transfers to UCSD Hillcrest Medical Center and SDSU, one connection to University of San Diego and to UCSD La Jolla Campus. In the past we've also had guests associated with the US Olympic Training Center. Previous guests have commented that a car is NOT necessary here.
