Our light, bright Country-French style home is located in Burbank, California -- which puts us close to the studios and close to downtown L.A., Hollywood, Glendale and Pasadena. We're leaving for a minimum of a year and our home comes fully loaded -- furniture, bedding, kitchen ware, AC/Heat, large garden with BBQ -- you name it.
Burbank is like a small town inside of a large metropolitan city so it offers the best of both worlds. Burbank means friendly neighbors, safe, quiet, tree-lined streets, good schools, great parks and activities, convenient shopping and lots of entertainment options. L.A. means beaches, great eating, theater, film and the world's best people watching.
Our house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large den that faces onto a lush garden, a new, updated kitchen, a living room with fireplace and hardwood floors -- lots of charm at a reasonable price. If you are looking for a quiet, serene place to work, the separate office located in the garden will suit you perfectly.
