We are offering our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully-furnished 3 level terrace home for rent. It is within walking distance of the University of Sydney and RPA hospital. It is a short walk to Newtown Station, & also to King St from where one can catch buses into the city, UTS, UNSW or beaches. The closest beach by car would be Bronte, approx 20 minutes. We are very close to Camperdown Memorial Rest Park & Australia St Infants School. Ceiling fans in 2 of 3 bedrooms. Flued gas heater in living room. The area is fairly quiet despite being so centrally located. We have a small garden/deck area and rear lane access with a car parking space adjacent to external laundry. Bicycle also available for use.
