The house features three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath, while two regular bedrooms share a private bath. On 2,200 sq ft (= 205 m2) of floor space, mainly furnished with hardwood floors, you find an office, a family room with wood-burning fireplace, a large eat-in kitchen with high ceilings and modern appliances, a family room with sunroom, and a large deck off the kitchen that leads into the yard. Appliances include a central gas furnace, central electric air conditioning, gas/electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. This house is rented with fully equipped kitchen and some furniture. Both front and back yards are nicely landscaped with space for flowerbeds and a vegetable garden, surrounded by mature trees.
