Nearby quaint villages, scenic drives, walks and rain forests. The house backs onto a nature reserve and enjoys peaceful natural surroundings, 3 minutes to pristine beaches, yet close to shopping center,cafes,yoga/gym classes etc. Our closest villages are: Brunswick Heads-10 min, Mullumbimby-15 min, Byron Bay-25 min, Bangalow-30 min. Very beautiful,magical coast, rain forest and river country that sits in the belly of an ancient volcano caldera on the edge of miles of pristine beaches.

The Byron Shire is a collection of semi-rural seaside and rainforest communities near Cape Byron-the most easterly point of Australia. The area is a mecca for the arts,music,alternative health and environmental sustainability. Home to many annual music festivals and cultural events. There is a variety of fantastic local weekly Farmers and crafts markets including Brunswick Heads-10 min, Mullumbimby-15 min, Byron Bay-25 min, Bangalow-30 min. Incredibly beautiful scenic drives, hikes, walks,whale watching,ballooning,skydiving and bike or horse rides are just minutes away. The house itself backs onto a nature reserve and walking track through 200 year old forest. Plenty of bike trails as well. Our area, South Golden Beach is suburban yet beachside,only 3 minutes by car/20 minutes walking to pristine, uncrowded beaches, sea kayaking, surfing and whale watching. Also close to shopping center, playground, cafes, pub, and yoga/gym/Pilates classes.Safe for children and many schools to choose from with bus service to all available at the end of the street.
