Spacious house on quiet lake for term or vacation rental

If you are looking for peace and quiet, lots of room and a stunning view out the window every morning this could be the perfect fit. We are looking for someone reliable, mature and self-sufficient who would keep the house in good order. A car would be a necessity. Located in Southeastern Connecticut, the house is a three hour drive from New York City and two and 1/2 from Boston. It is thirty minutes from New London, Saybrook, Norwich, forty minutes from Middletown, Storrs or Hartford and one hour from New Haven. Salem is a small quaint New England town but centrally located if you wish to access both of the larger East Coast big cities. Possibility of pied-a-terre in New York City available once or twice during stay.
