I have been to Israel 15 times and this is the nicest place I ever stayed. The couple (Tal and Reuven) are fourth generation Israelis with an encylopedic knowledge of the city and the region. Hadar Yosef is a charming area close to the central city but with a small town feeling and very convenient shopping. There are easy bus connections to anywhere in the country and room for parking also The apartment itself is charming and well-furnished--really a find.
