We now have eleven small furnished homes & we rent by the week, month or however long one might like to stay.We have one, two & now a three bedroom home to offer.Most are duplexes with the possibility of one neighbor. They all have full kitchens, central heat & air, w & dryers, wireless internet. You need a suitcase & personal soaps, everything else is there. We have a nominal bike rental available. A few are pet friendly. All on the bus line which is free & goes to UNC, Hospital & just about everywhere. A few are walking distance to groceries, mall, restaurants, etc.Ideally located near UNC, Duke Univ.,NC. State & RTP. "All you need are your clothes" We are in the hospitality business & will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The one that is pictured has a 30 acre green space behind it which is actually your front yard! There is a mile path mowed around it for walking. We also have standard crib, high chairs, strollers etc. at no charge.

About We are a Mom & Pop business in Chapel Hill for 12 years. When we travel, we like to stay in more of a home like setting. We are in the hospitality business & try to be very accommodating. If there is something you might need that is not in the suite, we will do our best to provide it.
