lovely 3 br Charlottesville, VA house available ca. May 6-Aug 24

I am a UVA professor looking to rent out my lovely Fry's Spring house for three + months from ca. May 6, 2013 to Aug. 24, 2013. Perfect for a visiting scholar, up to several grad students or even very responsible undergrads.

3 BR single family house in quiet neighborhood. Fully furnished with phone, wifi, cable, a/c, fenced in yard front & back, large rear deck, large back yard.

Walking distance to university (25-30 minutes to South Lawn/New Cabell), 15 minutes to free Downtown Trolley and to the UVA University loop bus route in two directions. Easy access to downtown Charlottesville via Cherry and 5th Street Extended.

Rent is $1,350 per month (including cleaning) plus utilities (gas, electric, trash tags). Phone/TV/wifi included. Electric ca. $75-175 per month, depending on a/c use, and gas & water ca. $40-75, depending on hot water use and temperature. Deposit is $1,350

Limited local use of my car during that time is also negotiable. Dates potentially flexible.
