About Me
 Originating from Germany, we literally came down to earth in the sub-tropical northern New Zealand after many years of corporate life in Asia. In Kerikeri we created a 4-star organic eco-wellness resort on permaculture basis with outstanding service. Guests usually leave as friends. We now gradually change the resort into a little "eco-village" in private villas, where inhabitants can enjoy a peaceful life and/or engage with us and the community in all aspects to make this a better world.

I'm just back from a 2 month Writing Retreat at Ora Ora. This is the perfect place for writers or anyone wanting comfy, quiet surroundings. My villa had a big warm bed, kitchenette, modern bathroom, spacious living room with views over the garden. Great walks through the forest or along the river just out the back gate. Hosts, Inge & Rolf, looked after me SO well. I spent long, productive days writing and could not be happier with what I achieved. Highly recommended.
