There is a brand new solid wood kitchen and a large open plan living room room (80m2). The 700m2 garden is private and there is room to kick a ball on the grass or relax on the huge wrap-around wooden deck. The garden gets all day sun. The house has very high ceilings and windows and the house is filled with light. There is central heating and floor to ceiling insulation.
