Durham, NC 2BR Condo plus Den
I have a beautiful 2 BR plus den condo in a very nice area of Durham, NC. It is ten minutes from the University of North Carolina and about 15 minutes to Duke.
I am open to all terms and possibilities, but would prefer at least a three month rental. The condo is beautifully furnished and very contemporary. More pictures are available.
