We'd like to exchange our incredibly charming apartment : 130m² duplex with 3 bedrooms (master bedroom and two children's rooms), a large living room, a large dining area with open kitchen, an office space on the upper floor and a small roof terrace, with a piano, Miele appliances (dishwasher, washer and dryer), and everything you need... in the middle of Paris (Marais), tucked away in a quiet second courtyard behind a 17th century hôtel particulier. This is the best location in Paris you could wish for. Galleries, fashion week, shops, "Enfants Rouges" market, great public schools, etc.
