It is the 3rd floor (no lift, sorry) and extremely bright. View over small gardens and roofs of the historical centre.
It is in a very fortunate location, next to the theatre of the city and to the river Arno, but very quiet (please note it is a very rare quality in Italian historical centres). The neighborhood is very nice and friendly, it is still one of the authentic area of the city; there are little shops around the building, the theatre and the synagogue just here, as well as many little Romanesque Churches, a good cinema and some very nice restaurants in 2 or 3 min. walking distance.

Pisa - http://www.pisaunicaterra.it/ - is on the coast of Tuscany only 15 minutes from the seaside, 20 minutes from the beautiful Lucca, 1 hour from Florence, Siena, Volterra or San Gimignano (http://www.sangimignano.net/). Pisa has an International Airport (Galileo) with plenty of low cost flights to the main European capitals and a very good train service (the station is 15 min walking from the flat).
