Beautifully restored 110 square meters attic in a 14th century palace in one of the most characteristic square of Pisa, Piazza delle Vettovaglie. Situated on the last (2nd) floor of a historical building (no lift), the flat is very quiet and sunny, perfect for a couple or a small family, having 2 rooms, a bathroom, a big open living space and a large loft. It has a mansard roof and receives a lot of light from many skylights and from a square pavement to ceiling high window at the center of the house overlooking the small courtyard of the house below. The open space comprises the living room and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher are included). The master bedroom is a big, quiet and sunny space and the elegant bathroom, lined with light grey Carrara marble, has a bathtub and a washing machine.
