About Me
 College professor travels for research during academic holidays (July-September and Winter Holidays) plus ongoing half-year research sabbaticals beginning 2013 (April through September). My book "Tahoe beneath the Surface" was awarded a Nature Book of the Year Bronze Medal in 2010 by Foreword Magazine, the voice of Independent Publishers and Booksellers in the U.S. Currently working on two books: one about Paris; the other about the battle to save the largest lakes on earth.
