Villa overlooking beach and mountains at Guincho, near Cascais
The villa is a two story, 3 bedroom house with a magnificent view of the Guincho beach and the Sintra Mountains. There is a patio, garden and veranda where guests can enjoy the splendid weather on this Atlantic coast. It is a ten minute walk to the beach, a 3 minute walk to a boardwalk over the dunes, and a 12 minute walk to the nearest village where there are restaurants, cafes and basic shopping. Cascais is about an eight minute drive, Sintra about 16 minutes and Lisbon about 30. Jack and Clara live in a seperate house on the property. They are here most of the year and are pleased to give suggestions and advice in order to make the guest's stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. On the same p0roperty but entirely independent is a 2 bedroom cottage with its own garden, verandah , driveway, parking; it is totally fenced and is suitable for 4 or even 5 people. Prices are considerably lower than for the villa.
