This is a very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped one bedroom flat in a small village very close to Oxford. It's fully furnished and fitted out, and includes all utilities and wireless broadband, so is popular with academic visitors looking for a very convenient place to stay. We've had lots of positive feedback from our visitors over the years, from all around the world.
The flat is available for longer term or short-term rental. It has a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom, spacious open plan living area, fitted kitchen, full cooker, microwave, washing machine, wireless broadband, freeview TV, all linen and towels. Non-smokers only.
The flat is a self-contained annexe of a private house set in its own grounds, with its own entrance. There is ample room to park a car right outside the entrance to the flat.
The village of Cassington is approximately three miles west of Oxford towards Witney and the Cotswolds. There is a bus service from the edge of the village into Oxford during the day, and also a dedicated cycle track for those who prefer to cycle into Oxford.
The village has two pubs that serve food, but no shops.
