Spacious country home surrounded by 15 acres of private land. The house is situated in one of the valleys on a plateau in the Alpes de Haute Provence, close to the Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Ste. Croix. Local markets and villages, as well as the lake are at 5 to 20 km distance or 5 to 20 minutes by car. The house measures around 300 m2 (3000 sq.ft.) divided over two floors. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, den, studio, living with open kitchen and fireplace. The house was renovated and is furnished and equipped with most modern comforts. Sheets, towels, wood, central heat (charged separately) are supplied upon request. End cleaning fee is 50 euro. Security deposit 500 for stays shorter than 1 month.
