Clean cosy and well-furnished, it has new double-paned windows, a newer, top quality, double-sized mattress from Sleep Country, and Ikea and Umbra furnishings. Large, airy living room with an adjacent bedroom/office with desk, scanner and printer!
You'll also enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen (including slow-cooker and microwave for those in a rush!) and cosy bathroom with beach decor.
We're just a 7 minute walk from the Lawrence subway, 10 minute bus ride to Sunnybrook Hospital, right on busy, exciting Yonge St., and within walking distance to Starbucks, Second Cup and some of Toronto's best restaurants.
And just a 20 minute subway ride from bustling downtown Toronto (ie. Bloor St.). Plus, it’s beside one of Toronto’s longest and most beautiful parks (with tennis court, jogging and biking trails, and streams included!).
Love cats? There's currently a couple incredibly-loving 10-month old bunny-soft brothers residing there that you'll adore as great company until I find them a great home! In exchange for your feeding and watering them, I offer free NETFLIX and INTERNET for your computer, plus a spot in my summer yoga classes in the park next door!
This apt is perfect for a medical student interning at Sunnybrook or someone here for contract work, looking for somewhere to live permanently, or someone who just needs a place a few days a week.
While I prefer to rent to one person at a time, an additional tenant may be welcome but will cost a bit extra.
Washer and dryer are in basement.
