Modern apartment located in a wonderful neighbourhood close to the beaches of Barcelona, Poblenou. It is a full equipped apartment with two bedrooms (a master bedroom with a double bed and a single bedroom with two single beds), one spacious bath and a kitchen with a dining area. The living room includes a library and a space for an office. We recently put a new fridge and there is also dishwasher, oven and a microwave in the kitchen. Outside area with a balcony and a laundry room. A mixture of modern and antique furnishings in an airy and plenty of light apartment make for a comfortable stay.
Within walking distance of Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Metro stop Poble Nou (on the yellow line, direct to Urquinaona/Plaça Catalunya). Tramway stop PereIV in the 22@ business district. Bus stops and “bicing”. Close to the Rambla and central park of Poble Nou. It is really close to supermarkets, stores, parks, gyms and restaurants.
