Three bedroomed flat in Barcelona in central, but quiet area

FLAT HAS BEEN RENTED , NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Our family flat has three bedrooms, one with a double-bed, one with bunkbeds and one with a double sofa-bed and a cot. The flat has central heating, landline and internet connection. It is within walking distance of many picturesque plazas, to name a few: Plaza Virreina, Plaza de La Villa de Gracia; Plaza Diamant. It is also within walking distance of the centre (a 30 minute walk) where the University of Barcelona (UB) is located. Our home is a sunny flat in a quiet street right on the edge of Gracia. It is centrally located and numerous buses and metro stops are minutes away. (Metro Fontana, Metro Lesseps and Ferrocarrils Pl Molina/Sant Gervasi). It has a large lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Please note that we will be leaving all our possessions in the flat, so if you are coming with children they are welcome to use all the toys and books! We are non-smokers and we have allergies to animals so we don't permit animals in the house, although we do have two fish (Henry and Cristina). We are renting our flat out since my husband has a lecturing position in Venice.

About My husband is a lecturer and has a posting in Venice, Italy for three months. Myself and our three children are going to join him. Our flat is on the second floor of a beautiful old apartment building near Gracia. It is quiet and child-friendly, but please note there is no lift in the building (but prams can be left downstairs).
