The house is light and airy with contemporary furnishings and great views. The 2 main bedrooms have double beds. There is a fully equipped study/bedroom with 2 large desks, wifi broadband and a double sofa bed. The house is situated in Sydney's South, in leafy Blakehurst, close to shops and restaurants, Southern beaches and Royal National Park and 25 minutes by train from the CBD. University of Sydney, UNSW, UTS and Australian Catholic University are easily reached by car or public transport. This area is close to the start of the F6 and M5 and therefore is a good base from which to explore the south coast and western areas of NSW. The outdoor areas are paved and ringed by leafy garden with a tropical feel. There is a large easy care pool and fully equipped BBQ and outdoor eating area to take advantage of Sydney's marvellous spring weather. House sitting duties would include looking after the garden. Pool maintenance is included in the rental. Free broadband internet and utilities (within limits) are also included in the contract.
