Cute apartment suitable for visitors to TAU & IDC
In a nice residential neighborhood just between TA center and TAU or IDC, we offer a 1 bedroom apartment, fully furnished.
The apartment is on the second floor, above our private house.
The apartment is of 2 identical in size rooms, both with balconies.
One is furnished as a bedroom with a double bed and the other is furnished as a living room with a double sleeper sofa, coffee table and a TV.
The kitchen is equipped for light cooking: fridge, microwave,toaster, cattle and an electric stove.
Part of the garden is for our guests' use.
Our neighborhood is very green and quiet. There are many shops and cafes in a walking distance.
If you have a car, parking is easy in our street. TAU & IDC are 10 minutes ride. TA center is 10 - 20 minutes ride. Within 5 minutes you reach HWY 20, which is the main artery of TA.
If you don't have a car, there is a very good bus system and we are near the University train station.
We provide beddings and towels, and a weekly washing of it.
Cleaning is available at 200 ILS.
The apartment is equipped with A/C and cable TV.
