Apartment to share for short stays located in Fairlight close to Manly. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, study, lounge/dining, small balcony, kitchen and laundry with spectacular views across North Harbour to the Sydney harbour heads. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Easy walking distance to Manly village and the Manly commuter ferry which travels regularly to the Sydney CBD. Great way to start and end the day.
As I travel regularly for business and generally work long hours in the city, the apartment is under-utilised and I want to share my 'little bit of heaven' with like-minded persons, male or female on short stays up to three months (although this may be negotiable dependent on the individual). This offer does not include meals and the renter will be responsible for preparation of their own meals although it is expected that some meals may be shared.
