Within two miles of a beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach, the location is ideal for jogging, biking and walking the winding stone-wall lined country roads. The quaint village of Adamsville is two miles to the east and the historic Town Common three miles to the west. Tiverton Four Corners is another nearby village with unique shops and restaurants that is five miles away.
Furnished in Retro style the cottage offers an EAT-IN KITCHEN with pots & pans, dishes and is fully applianced ~ a LIVING ROOM with CABLE TV, DVD player with 50+ movies, comfy couch and chairs to lounge in and FIREPLACE!
The upstairs BEDROOM has a QUEEN SIZE BED with quality LINENS, WALK-IN CLOSET and an additional TV. The BATHROOM has a large sit-down shower and an abundant supply of soft fluffy towels.
OUTSIDE is a lovely deck off the kitchen with OUTSIDE SHOWER and GRILL. There is a FENCED YARD for your four-legged friend and PET SITTING is available while you are away. The FRONT PORCH has rockers and looks out to a SHADE GARDEN. The tree shaded yard offers lawn furniture and a hammock.
There is off road parking.
