Historical 108 year old home in the heart of the Beaches close to TTC, shopping, parks and boardwalk on Lake Ontario
Our Beach character home is located in the heart of the Beach, with four bedrooms and a large family room with wood burning fireplace and double French doors that open on to a lovely fenced in backyard. Enjoy its many modern updates including a newer kitchen with stainless steel appliances. We are about a 20 minute transit ride to downtown to University of Toronto, St. Michaels Hospital, Toronto General Hospital, Hospital for Sick Kids, Ryerson University, Sunnybrook, OCAD and more. We are steps from local transit, shopping, schools, parks, trails for jogging, running, biking or a lovely stroll on our famous boardwalk along Lake Ontario, all just a couple of minutes away. We have a large front porch which is great for reading or enjoying a cup of tea. Our backyard with its perennial flowers has a Zen room which is good for getting away. It also has a lovely flag stone patio and a connecting cedar deck both have access from the family room via a pair of French doors. Most importantly we have a driveway to fit one car. We have a lovely master suite with its own two piece bathroom with two large closets and sky light. A great spot to either read a book or watch tv after a full day.
We have been very fortunate to have stay in our home a professional ball player for the Toronto Blue Jays and an actress from an award winning show.
