While we did not stay in this precise apartment, we rented another 1-bedroom at this location from Bill Karg early December 2012 while visiting our daughter and her family in the City from New Zealand. The apartment was located in a beautiful brownstone, well furnished, and extremely comfortable for the two of us as well as being in a quiet area of the Upper West Side. We would highly recommend Mr. Karg to anyone: in fact, we left some valuable papers behind by mistake, and he went to a great deal of trouble to track us down and return things to us. As travelers from overseas, this was hugely appreciated by us and very kind of him! Luanna
