Our home is a beautiful Altbau apartment of 220 square metres with live-in kitchen, a living room, separate dining room, 4 bedrooms and an office. We are a family of 5 (along with our dog Rafa) but the apartment is large enough to host a bigger family. It is on the second floor of a turn of the century building (no elevator). There is a shared garden with kids climbing frame and lots of amenities in the local area. The location gives you the best of both worlds - calm, safe and leafy with easy access to the bustling centre of Berlin. Situated by the Botanical Gardens, Lichterfelde West is the perfect base for families. Potsdamer Platz in the heart of Berlin is 20 minutes away with the S1 train (4 minute walk to the station!). Friendly cafes on your doorstep too if you prefer to stay local.
