Located in a private community next to the Marly Forest, we are walking distance to the old town dating from 17th C and the royal parc ,where Louis XIV had built a castle. Just a 15 minute walk to the train into Paris and a few minutes from the autoroute A13 in direction of Normandy. The house is on 4 floors with a 100m2 basement (cellar, 2 play rooms, laundry room, etc) The ground floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen/family room and an office. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower). The 2nd floor is a parental suite with a large bedroom, office area and a shower room.

Comments: The house dating from 1936 with a modern kitchen/family room extension is in a private development on the edge of the Forêt de Marly. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station to Paris and just a few kms from the A13 to Normandy.
