| Commute to London from S.E coast of England- spacious apartment in central Brighton/Hove, opposite beautiful city park |
I am an arts academic and practitioner, living and working in the beautiful sea side city of Brighton on the South East coast of England- commuting distance (50 minutes) by train to London. I live in a lovely, spacious and light 3 bedroom flat /apartment in a 1930s block, facing the loveliest small city park/gardens in central Brighton/Hove boundary. It is 15 min. walk , the sea, main shops and two main railway stations (trains every 30 minutes to central London) as well as quick access to motorways to London , S.E. and S.W. of England. The area is quiet and near great schools and 10 mins walk from Seven Dials shopping etc..The flat has all mod cons and wireless internet , cable TV etc..
Brighton is a very attractive and cosmopolitan city with the advantage of its small scale city centre and lovely sea side attractions. The flat is in a quiet very green avenue beside the popular St Ann's Well Gardens (public park) at the heart of the city and walking distance (also easy public transport) to all the necessary and leisure activities. Ideally, I would like a home exchange for at least 6 months with an equivalent property fairly central to Boston city, USA. Preferred areas are Allston, Somerville, Cambridge, Brookline and Brighton.
