Husband and wife (both in mid 60's) seek exchange in Ireland for a period in late-2013 or 2014. Can be concurrent exchange, or non-concurrent – lots of options about timing.
Canberra is the 'bush' capital of Australia, but is less than 3-hour drive or 30-minute flight from Sydney. Our sun-filled 3-bedroom home has spectacular lake/mountain views and is located just 15-20 minutes cycling distance (5-minute drive) from the city and Australian National University (ANU). Many of the capital's diplomatic missions are located nearby. The lake immediately in front of our home is excellent for relaxing, canoeing, kayaking, and some fishing. We are 3-minute walk to local shops, cafes, and bus; a 5-minute walk to one of Canberra's best golf courses. A quite neighbourhood, easy-care garden, central heating, solar hot water supply, modern appliances, car garage. No pets, no smokers please.
