The house has a lovely private garden and a swimming pool. It has evaporative cooling for the summer and gas heating and double glazing for the winter. The house backs onto bushland with kangaroos etc. on the other side of the fence. Very private. Garage for car. Happy to car exchange (BMW X3 or Audi A4).
